Lumalive textiles from Phillips

Phillips promises to release lumalive textiles for commercial use as soon as next year. German fashion designer Anke Loh is showing her latest collection where this technology is utilized fully. Described as "soft and flexible" led's which "fit invisibly into the fabric", and powered by batteries hidden in that same fabric. The article , sited from Philips Research lab, especially notes how easy those would be to remove for washing. No mention of cost, however.
